All General Sprees/Pre-order:

2. Pls transfer payment into our POSB Savings Acc within 3 days (depend on spree types) after receiving our order acknowledgement.
DO check your Junk Mail as well. We usually reply within 1-2 days with our POSB Account information.
3. Pls wait for us to confirm the total amount to pay to us.
4. All payments must be in before the dateline. NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER
5. If supplier inform us of OOS items, we will inform you via sms(contact no. has to be given to us) so that you can advise us the next course of action. If no reply has been given within 2 hrs, we will proceed with the confirmation of order.
6. Full payment will be refunded back if your order is Out of stock after all items arrived.
7. Typical waiting time is 2 months for Taiwan Spree. We will inform through email the shipment is delay or earlier. We will update the spree status if there are updates.
8. We are not liable for buyer’s mistakes in orders. It is buyer’s responsibility to provide us the correct item’s name, colour, size and quantity.
9. Order must be in the stipulated format provided.
10. MyBeautyRights will not be responsible for any item damages during posting.
All precautions have been taken before mailing out and as such, we do not entertain any complains due to this.
11. We will not be responsible for lost of parcels/packages by normal mail. Therefore, registered mail ($2.50) is always encouraged.
12. Colors may be slightly different due to monitor’s resolution or lighting effect during photo taking. Thus colors might be different from actual items.
13. Pls allow 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different ways of supplier’s measurement.
14. There is no exchange policy if items are found to be damaged. Oversea Suppliers claim to perform Quality check before shipping.
